I've just learned not to jump to conclusions on these. I remember the Bellamy one, where he got destroyed on here until it came out later that the club basically forced him into a move. I've absolutely no doubt that Payet deserves some criticism, but exactly how much I'll wait and find out. I'm still not even 100% sure Payet has refused to play, because Bilic also said in the same news conference that he wouldn't be allowed to play. I think there's plenty of smoke still to be cleared here.

One thing is for sure, Payet is finished.

Don't try so hard to sympathise with the bloke. He's an overpaid, selfish twat of a French footballer who has decided he owes the club who have raised his profile to world wide fame, and rewarded him handsomely, absolutely nothing and has gone on strike.

What I do blame him for is his conduct. To threaten your employer that you will never kick a ball for the club again is cunty!
Especially when you consider how we've bent over backwards to keep him happy..... Yeah we've made some mistakes but it's not as if he's given it a chance....
